Wanting to share the joy of soaking the magical energy of the forest, I chose the Sukhna Forest Trail for our journey of Shinrin-yoku, or forest bathing. With a group of five energetic companions, we embarked on this journey, discovering the profound benefits of immersing ourselves in nature's tranquility.As we strolled through the forest trail, we experienced the joy of being in nature firsthand. The forest's gentle touch soothed our stress, calming our minds and bodies. The trees' presence worked its charm, leaving us feeling refreshed and revitalized. Our heart rates slowed, and we felt more at peace.
